1. Why is these products and services Free?
The honest answer is simply to attract Property Managers. The more users
that uses Rent Bin, the more popular this Rent Bin will become. My plan is to offer
as many products and services as possible for all renters for FREE.
2. Will this web site be free forever?
Yes, for as long as there are renters, Rent Bin will serve a purpose.
3. The online Tenant Application Form is completely unheard of. Should I even
try using it?
The online Tenant Application Form is unique. I offer it because I believe
you will find it useful. The online Tenant Aplication Form records data in case
there are any future issues and it allows you to quickly build one form satisfies
all Property Managers including ones that are not a Rent Bin member. A Property
Manager will often ask you to fill out their Tenant Application Form which is usualy
in paper form. Rather than spending the time to fill out information, you send them the online Tenant Application
Form you built and it will save you time and a tree.
4. Will you be doing anything with the data users submitted?
All data is kept in complete confidentiality. I do not intend to sell or publicize
any data I find. I will, however, analyze the data to see how we can provide you
even better servces.
5. How do you intend to make money?
There is a self-serving purpose to this site. This web site will be free to all
renters and we continue to commit to this promise. I do intend to find other
ways to profit. At the appropriate times, I will reveal my strategy which
will be very honest and ethical. There are no gimmicks, catches or hidden surprises.
I intend to conduct myself in the most professional manner.
6. What happens if this web site isn't doing what I think it is suppose to do?
